Designed for sifting flour and removal of ferromagnetic impurities. It is used in bakery enterprises. Simultaneously with the sifting of flour, its loosening and aeration takes place.
The sifter consists of a feed hopper, a vertical screw, a sieve drum, a magnetic trap and a drive mechanism.
The product is poured into the hopper, lifted by the screw into the sieve drum, where the sieving takes place. The sifted product is sent under the poles of the magnets and then poured into the tray.
Mechanical bag tipper
Designed to facilitate the process of unloading flour from the bag into the hopper of the sifter. The mechanism has two fixing positions. The first is for unpacking the bag and the second is directly emptying it into the sifter hopper.Parameters | MILL |
